On August 3-5, 2023, JS-ON participated in the Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, showcasing its HIPER high-frequency pain treatment device. This was the company's second time to promote the HIPER device in Vietnam this year, following its participation in the K-MED EXPO in June.
High-frequency therapy has many advantages, and the company received a lot of interest at the expo. One of the benefits for patients is that it is a non-invasive treatment method. It uses external frequencies to alleviate pain without penetrating the skin. This means that patients can manage their pain without surgery or significant injuries. Another advantage is the rapid effect. High-frequency therapy typically provides fast pain relief after treatment. Within a few hours, patients may feel their pain decrease or disappear. Additionally, there are fewer side effects compared to drug therapy. Patients do not have to worry about gastrointestinal problems or medication schedules, reducing their burden. Finally, high-frequency therapy can shorten the rehabilitation period. After surgery, patients usually need time to recover, but high-frequency therapy can help them return to their daily lives more quickly.
High-frequency pain treatment can be applied in various medical fields such as orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation medicine, and dermatology. From a doctor's perspective, this allows them to offer pain management options to a wide range of patients.
At the expo, many doctors from orthopedics, neurology, and dermatology visited the JS-ON booth and experienced the device. One of the most common questions they asked was, "How is HIPER different from other high-frequency devices?"
The company's answer is that traditional high-frequency pain treatment devices operate at a frequency band of 0.5MHz. However, HIPER operates at a frequency band of 4.4MHz and provides a different level of treatment efficacy for pain, rehabilitation, and beauty compared to traditional devices.
Since 2016, JS-ON has collaborated with domestic university hospitals (Korea University Anam Hospital, Samsung Seoul Hospital, Ajou University Hospital, Jeonbuk National University Hospital, etc.) to publish international clinical papers (SCIE level) that demonstrate the effectiveness and treatment efficacy of HIPER. This is one of the biggest differences between HIPER and other high-frequency pain treatment devices. HIPER is the only device in the world with an SCIE-level paper proving its effectiveness in improving actual pain.
As a result, HIPER can adjust its frequency and treatment intensity to match individual patient's pain conditions and accurately target specific areas for effective treatment. This is why JS-ON recommends HIPER to both doctors and patients.
