JS-ON, a South Korean medical device company, participated in the K-Med Expo Vietnam 2023, which was held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from June 15-17, 2023. At the expo, JS-ON showcased its HIPER-1000 high-frequency pain treatment device, which is the world's first and only device to have SCIE-level papers on its effectiveness for shoulder, back, and knee osteoarthritis.
The HIPER-1000 is the overseas flagship model of the HIPER series, which has been certified by CE and also holds a patent in Vietnam. In addition to pain relief, the HIPER-1000 is also effective in improving melasma, freckles, wrinkles, and fat reduction, making it a popular aesthetic medical device in dermatology and plastic surgery.
One of the biggest advantages of the HIPER pain treatment device is that it can penetrate the human body without the square electrode directly touching the skin. This makes it convenient for both patients and therapists, as there is no need to undress. The handpiece probes also come in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit each part of the body, so using the right size and shape of probe for the area provides a more definite feeling of heat or sensation.
At the expo, many buyers and officials, including local Vietnamese doctors, medical device suppliers, and hospital representatives, showed great interest in the HIPER-1000.
In particular, a representative of a Vietnamese hospital who tried the HIPER-1000 on their shoulder, which is often painful, said that they felt a strong heat sensation that caused the area to turn red in just 5 minutes. They also said that the heat sensation lasted for a long time after treatment and that they were very interested in the HIPER device and would like to purchase it immediately if it was effective.
The K-Med Expo IN Vietnam, which was JS-ON's second participation following its appearance at KIMES, the largest medical device exhibition in South Korea in March, was a very meaningful event that helped to raise awareness of HIPER throughout Vietnam and take a step forward in successful buyer meetings and exports.
